May Crystal: Sodalite
For the crystal of this month I have chosen Sodalite.
Sodalite is a darker blue stone with white inclusions in it. This stone can be raw or polished. In either form Sodalite is a great stone for communication and creativity.
It is great to use for ideas and perception. It helps with creative expression and self esteem.
Sodalite helps with mental health and balance. It helps clear confusion and brings information from your higher self into the physical. It assists one to stay true to yourself and speak your peace.
Sodalite focuses on opening your connection to the universe, conscious awareness and following through on personal transformation.
It also helps clear electromagnetic pollution which we all encounter.
